During those two service visits, they were always professional, explained what they found and what they were doing. Then, today I had some questions about the furnace. I called and left a message for Ian and he called me back immediately. He answered my questions clearly, patiently and expertly. In summary, Ian and Josh are over the top skilled, knowledgeable, honest and direct about their services and recommendations.
