"They were a bit late on the first day because they have quite a drive into town so it's hard to calculate traffic and the equipment rental process for our job took longer than expected. It happens. Not a huge deal to us, but we do wish they would have called us with time updates along the way. That minor detail aside, we were extremely pleased with the work done by Greg and his son, Aaron. We love that we were able to support a local family business, and that their top-notch customer service makes it easy for us to continue supporting and recommending them. After three basement floods this winter, none of which were covered by insurance of course, Greg understood that we wanted to solve the problem but were quickly running out of funds since our investments kept getting ruined with each subsequent flooding. He worked with us to give us a fantastic price and in all of his suggestions you could tell that he understood our need for affordable, efficient solutions. He was mindful of our toddler and even inquired about her nap times so he wouldn't disturb her. The work, which included a sump pump install and extending and burying a rain downspout several feet away from the house, was extremely well done. We were so impressed at just how incredibly well done it was. They were also really careful to protect our house while they worked and to clean up after themselves after the work was completed. Throughout the entire two-day process, you could see that Greg and Aaron took pride in their company and in every aspect of their work. No corners were cut. Aaron even put back all our grass so that we had no bald spots afterwards. They were honest and knowledgeable and even took the time to explain to us how the sump pump and downspout extension worked, and made sure to test the pump, both for themselves before completion to ensure proper functioning and installation, as well as to demonstrate to us after it was done so that we could see and hear it working. It was truly a pleasure to work with Greg and Aaron.
