"Daniel provided a thorough assessment of the broken dishwasher and even a recommendation. He was very communicative and not pushy at all to try to get more work - he eventually recommended we purchase a new dishwasher as President's Day sales were coming up (as it would be too costly to repair the existing unit). Until then he put in a temporary fix. His office manager was always quick to reply by email or phone. The pricing was very good and I would gladly recommend D&M and use them again in the future."

"Repaired Appliance of my house. Timely, professional and competitive pricing. Great customer service."

"Determined that it was not the pump but possibly the control board. This will help us in determining if it is cost-effective to repair the dishwasher or buy a new one."

"Great experience, easy scheduling, prompt arrival, fast service, fair price. Perfect experience and everything you would ask for in a repair."

"Excellent job n my dishwasher. Diagnosed the problem and came to the conclusion that we were better off replacing. Also repaired my stove ignitor while here!"

"The repairman, checked the price for the replacement part, delivery charge and labor and recommended buying a new dryer, rather than paying to repair this one. Very honest and professional. Burt told me he has been doing this work for 30 years, 15 for Park Avenue. He really knows his field!"

"I called Xavier for a broken refrigerator and he came within the hour. He instantly diagnosed the problem and got to work on it and had the fridge up and running again in one hour's time! He is efficient, highly skilled, and provides great customer service, all at a very reasonable cost... I definitely recommend calling him for your project!"

"Chris was great. He gave an estimated arrival time and kept me posted about when he would arrive. Once he arrived, he was very professional and respectful of my home; he didn't even mind my nosy cat. He gave me an assessment of possible repairs needed on my portable AC, gave me an estimate for possible costs and provided an invoice on the spot. He made the whole process very easy, and I appreciate the time he took to explain everything. I would definitely hire DG HVAC & Home Services again for my appliance repair."
