They were quick to come back out, assess the problem and readdress it. After they were done the second time, Iâ ve had no problems and my roof issues have now officially been resolved. I sat outside on my covered patio while it stormed over the past week and I was so happy that I no longer had drips or water coming through the ceiling. The repair team that showed up was unprepared and had to use my tools all day. Had to babysit these guys to make sure I got good work. Now, Phillip Martinez refuses to answer my calls when the situation still hasn’t been rectified. If you already bought a roof from this company I highly recommend getting in your attic and checking your decking. These people give new meaning to the word unethical."
