"The Salesman Rene (Ron) was excellent and easy to come to an agreement with. Our insurance was lapsing due to the poor condition of our wood panel siding. We decided to take the huge financial burden and replace with vinyl thinking of the future. I was promised it would be done before the insurance lapsed which was 25 days from the contract signing. The insurance company THEN extended another 25 days. This goal was not met. I understood that the insurance company were dropping hundreds of customers at one time thus putting the burden on the contractors. This is just a review to let others know that 2 months minimum is the installation time regardless of what is promised. Dave Crane the owner is an excellent person and even contacted my insurance representative to try and clear things up. I will update with installation review in about 45 days."

"Hired after interviewing 3 contractors. 3 weeks to start job. Removed vinyl siding and hauled away. Replaced damaged wood, then put new warp and window tape over the area. County inspector inspected, per permit pulled by contractor. Replaced with hardie plank, much nicer product than vinyl. Crew painted new siding with paint I purchased. Took about 10 working days to complete. County inspector conducted final inspection. Crew cleaned up and hauled away all material. Cost 9000.00"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The entire team at National HomeCraft earned 5 star rating starting with Kathy who responded right away on scheduling someone to come to our home for the free consultation. Followed then by Jeff Beback the representative who explained each step of the process to renovate our 30 year old shower. Demolition and then reconstruction with a beautiful acrylic shower was seamless with the work crew Scott and Brandon. They were punctual, hard working and very skilled at removing the old shower and installing the new. And we saved thousands going with National HomeCraft versus our first quote!! "Unnecessarily frustrating. The quote was written incorrectly and needed to be re-written. I was told that the work could be started in 7-10 business days and would take about 2 days to complete. It took 3 months for them to start and 6 days to complete. The 6 days didn't include the day and a half that it took their punch out guy to correct the work. The office workers could never answer my questions about the schedule, pricing, completion, etc. without talking to Arthur first (owner). Waiting for them to see Arthur and then eventually get back to me was very frustrating. One worker worked barefoot and the other left cigarette butts in my yard. I referred them to my neighbor across the street after getting my quote when I still thought that Wells was a good company. My neighbor called to get a quote and could never get a callback. The only thing that they did quickly was ask for their money. They were supposed to paint the siding but they couldn't tell me when so I canceled that part of the contract and will find another contractor to complete the work."

"We have worked with this contractor for about 10 years and he is our go to person for any type of remodelling or repairs. Over the years he has built a lanai, extended and remodelled the kitchen, built an attic room, installed spot lighting outdoors, built a 3 car garage, added a staircase, replaced roofing, converted attached garage into a laundry and exercise room, extended the driveway; repathed outside paths, built an outdoor patio and probably many other things I'm forgetting. 
The reason we always contract to Kevin is he is exceptionally creative, visionary and helpful when it comes to achieving the look we want. His work is high quality, meticulous and always completed in a timely way. There is always a flourish added that we just wouldnt have come up with ourselves and he takes pride in making sure everything is just right and follows up afterwards to see if anything is needing tweaked. Granite, wood, tiling, whatever... it all turns out beautiful! 
 His subcontractors and  assistants have always been very courteous, friendly and trustworthy. Some of the work was completed when we were on vacation.  Kevin's team is also animal friendly! On more than one occasion they've corraled the dogs or helped relocate one runaway!

"Melanie and the team were professional and prompt. She was able to come out the same day (on the weekend) to provide a free quote and was able to start our job a couple of days later, despite the high volume of work post storm. On the scheduled day, they showed up ahead of schedule but unfortunately ran into a snag after finding a utility line in the ground, so the project was delayed a few days until we got a locate done. They came back out the next weekend and got the job done in a couple of hours. They also hauled away all of the old fencing and had to dismantle a few sections that weren't blown over. I would definitely recommend them and plan on using them in the future to replace some additional fencing."
