"<p>After arriving as schedule I explained the issues that were occurring and he assessed the problem which I agreed with since I had already tried what I could with what was available for the general consumer. He uncapped the drain cap, turned the water on until it backed up in the floor drain then shut it off and proceeded with the claw auger on the snake to 100' which unclogged the drain somewhere along the way, he then ran the double sided auger blade that is about the size of the pipe again 100' to insure that it would be clear. We then filled the bathtub half way, basement sink, bathroom sinks and let them all drain at once, we also flushed all toilets mind you all at the same time to insure that the pipe was clear (it better be) and to flush the drain completely.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Needless to say it was clear with no back up with the amount of water that was running down all drains. It was the best $168.00 I has spent in a long time! As a home owner you would understand this when you have been trying to do this yourself for about 2-3 weeks with out success.</p> <br />"

"A hole was found in my main sewer line during a yearly sewer clean out. I was referred to Ouverson Sewer and Water as a less expensive option than digging up my entire sewer line. Ouverson was able to line my sewer line by digging a minimal hole in my front yard. The job was delayed a couple times due to weather, but once they started it went well. They arrived with a larger team and were very professional throughout the entire process. They covered up the toilets and sinks inside the house to ensure no mess in the house during the repair and cleaned it all up after the job was completed. They were very careful in the front yard with the digging and put the sod back that they removed over the hole they dug. After they completed their work, most people would not be able to even know a hole had been dug in my yard. It was not cheap, but definitely the more cost effective method rather than digging up the entire line. It was worth the price I paid though based on the quality of their work and professionalism that they showed throughout the process."

"Lee did an amazing job, from finding the main cleanout (which the first provider could not locate) and running the camera and showing me the exact locations of the tree roots. Lee then used the auger machine with first a four-inch blade/cutter, followed by the six-inch blade/cutter.  <br /> Once Lee completed the cleaning, he ran the camera again and showed me exactly how the sewage pipe now looked --- and I must say, it looked pristine.  <br /> The previous provider I had out had misinformed me by saying that I would need clay pipe repairs in two areas (at a cost of $3,000 - $7,000). Lee was pretty emphatic that I did NOT need to have the pipe repaired and further, that it was in excellent condition, considering the age of the house. <br /> Lee was extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional. He takes great pride in his work and I would use Cardinal again in a heartbeat. <br /> I also want to mention Lee's wife Jackie, who runs the business side of Cardinal. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. <br /> I have used many service providers on Angie's List, and for the most part, have had very good experiences. But this really was the best. Cardinal is definitely the "Rolls Royce" of service providers in the sewage pipe cleanout sector. I highly recommend them. <br />"
