"Contacted Water Heaters Now to replace 30-year old water heater. Shane ran through all our options, doing an excellent job of explaining the differences, pluses, and minuses of the many choices. Based on the conversation with Shane, and the fact Water Heaters Now is a Rheem certified "Pro Plumber", decided to proceed with Water Heaters Now. Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. Based on our experience with Shane, Jake, and Water Heaters Now, would highly recommend Water Heaters Now to anyone who asks."

"They responded quickly to my request. Came in next day, quoted me a price and completed job. Removing corroded facets on laundry tub and replacing. Bathtub/shower facet, piping replacement . Now all the water is flowing through the shower head. Oakly did a excellent job, was friendly, quick and would request again for future projects."

"Needed a leaking water heater replaced. Todd was great at providing a quote for the job, and working me into his schedule for the next day. Punctual and efficient...and within an hour or so I had a new water heater with hot water! Would highly recommend for a job well done."

"I called and told him my main water valve wasn't shutting off the water. He asked if I tried both valves, I advised him their was only one, he said there should be one also below the meter, sure enough there it was and I turned it while on the phone with him and it worked. He could of not told me about the second shutoff valve and came out and I wouldn't of known the difference. He didn't make any money, however I will definitely use him for any plumbing issues in the future."

"This company has treated me well, especially Mike Museus, who worked over a year (last summer and this spring) to find out why there was a fluid leak in my new AC unit. The leak didn't affect the cooling of my home so I wasn't concerned, but Mike was persistent, even to returning finally with an "expert" to help diagnose the problem. What they found was that the A-coil above the furnace was full of tiny pinholes. On the day this was to be replaced, Steve came before 9 a.m. to remove the defective A-Coil and install the new one. He worked on it all day, without lunch or a break, leaving shortly after 5 p.m. There was no charge, as it was still under warranty. With all that, he still took the time to explain to me why the replacement was so important: that the defective A-Coil could eventually leak enough to damage the furnace below it. Because he was using solder, I believe, to install the new part, he turned on the ceiling fan in the adjacent room to mitigate the fumes. My only complaint is that a few of my vinyl floor tiles were damaged/discolored by the soldering process. That part of the flooring has had water damage before and is missing a few tiles so, after a day of hard work, he may have attributed the damage to work done before. It's not a big deal; I just wish he'd have said something. I have to hand it to Steve, though; he was working by himself, which frequently required him to leave the furnace area to check the outdoor AC unit, then rush back to the indoor work. I think it might have been a two-person job. At least, an assistant could have facilitated some of the work done."

"They were here for two things.  They checked my dryer and told me my washing machine needed to be replaced.   They were also here to fix an oven.  They were quick, honest and on time and I was very pleased. "

"They came out and looked at my water heater and explained the problem to me. They then laid out what my options were and allowed me to choose what the best option was for me which allowed me to feel more comfortable. They were on time and able to replace my water heater right away. Very knowledgeable and delightful to work with. After speaking with them Iâ m confident I will have them back to assist me with some other plumbing projects!"

"Mark is the best in the business, he replaced the water heater quickly, and was able to fix some other plumbing issues no problem. I will definitely call him again."

"

They showed up exactly on time.  They had a challenging task of replacing a faucet assembly that was rusted in place, with a faucet that I had purchased.  They were in an out in less than .5 hours.  They were extremely professional and considerate as I was working on the floor directly below them.  A piece that was installed cam loose a few days later, and they were there in a few hours to make sure it was repaired.  It has been three months and all is great.  It was a tough job - as they had to bust out the old faucet, but they stuck to their original Angie's List advertised price.
