"True to his word. Called ahead of time. Showed up when he said he would. Job wasn’t the typical replacement of the door. He had to extend the frame and do some fabrication to make it fit. It now fits better than it ever did. He insulated around the door and caulked and put wood filler in all the nail holes. Him and his helper were friendly and pleasant to be around. Great job."

One old window was accidentally left behind, but they came and picked it up when I let them know it was there. There was a broken mechanism on 2 of the windows that were fixed quickly after the initial installation. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the windows and their customer service.
