They didn't shave down a door so it didn't scrape the floor, they didn't reinstall the door saddle and the door when reinstalled wasn't set properly. Max's team resolved these minor issues at no additional cost. Once the Laundry room door was installed and the opening to the former bathroom was closed off, the team noticed I had new shelves I was going to install after I painted. They removed the old cabinet I planned to take down at no additional cost. I can't say enough about this team sticking to their quote. Max never changed or attempted to change his original quote at any time during the process when I am certain other contractors would have used the opportunity to squeeze out additional money. "The work went quickly and professionally.  The crew was careful to
protect our environment and to keep us notified of what they were doing
and when to expect noise, etc.  This was especially important as we have
 three older dogs and we were able to schedule their water theraphy for
the noisiest day. There was an additional problem discovered with
plumbing into the basement.  A pipe from the street to the water meter
had to be replaced by another contractor.  The Basement Guys were unable
to waterproof that spot until after the repair was completed.  They
returned promptly and completed the work, also double checking for any
chips or gaps that had arisen in the foam insulation and fixing them 
and touching up the waterproofing epoxy where the termite company had
drilled holes in the basement wall.  We were extremely pleased with
