A subcontractor did the install, but the individual who estimated and the installers who did the work were very professional and easy to have around the house. We did have a miscommunication at the outset when the installation crew didn't know that we wanted the old vinyl floor and subfloor removed, but that was resolved with a minor adjustment in cost, and the crew worked the extra day of labor into their schedule and finished on time. We ended up going with the refinishing and were even able to customize the color to match the rest of our homes decor. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen and eating area and new (matching) baseboards throughout. Champions installers did a great job and our salesperson, Kristen, was always available and answered all of our questions and kept us informed throughout the project. It was definitely worth the investment!"
