"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

Everything was undated that needed to be including plumbing, exhaust fan, mold resistant wet area dry wall etc. The shower he built turned out perfect and we get compliments from everyone thats sees it. At first we thought his price was a little high, but we are so glad we went with him. You actually do get what you pay for. I gave him a "B" under responsiveness only because we had to wait approx 6 weeks for him to schedule the work. With that said it is a good comfortable feeling to know that he is that busy and in such a high demand. I would recommend Scott to anybody that wants a honest quality job done at an affordable price point.
