"Aden Delagrange and his construction crew did a great job on our porch project. They poured a new concrete pad, constructed a large pole-structure porch with standing seam metal roof, and installed a new patio french door. Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. The crew is patient and spend time discussing the customer's options before beginning work. The project was completed on time and within budget. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. Everything was square, clean cut, and to our specifications. I would trust D&L to do any type of concrete, framing, or metal roofing project you may have. 5/5 stars."

"The actual roof looks lovely and stopped all my previous issues. However, I experienced damage to interior walls due to the long term (3 weeks) storage of all my shingles on one side of my ridge. I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

"Although the salesman seemed pleasant, his tactic of pointing out the faults of other companies was annoying.  I can gather information and make intelligent choices on my own. I even told him that I didn't need to hear about other companies, but he kept at it.  If I didn't like their window and service so much, I wouldn't go back.  However, we did purchase just one window.  It was delivered and installed on time.  The installers were very professional and cleaned up their mess along the way.  We had a minor problem with the operation of the window and they were out the next day to fix it."

Our number one priority is to serve our customers by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. We do what it takes, every day, to make Hanson's Window and Construction, Inc., the best place for our family to serve yours.

"Years after my door installation All Weather Seal promptly showed up to fix a broken door latch. Their customer service is top notch!"

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
