They actually did most of the multi-day job while I was gone on vacation, but I was always kept in the loop and given daily updates along with pictures of the progress. When part of the crawl space access door frame was damaged in the final stages of the project, Chris returned with all materials to restore it and made sure the door was completely sealed. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate).
