Also, because the installation had to be done over two days, the guys moved my washer and dryer twice with no extra charge. Who else would do this? No one that I know of. "They did a very good job; it just didn't really help. Air ducts just don't stay clean. I mean, that the nature of the work is you clean air ducts and then they get dirty again, so that's not their problem. They did a fine job. They just don't stay clean in an old house. I don't think there was anything that they didn't do. We were pleased with them. We called them, they came, they cleaned the ducts. They were very responsive. I think they were punctual. They came when they said they would come. I don't think I'd bother to clean the air ducts again because I think that they don't stay clean. I don't think I would do it again, but if I were going to do it again, I would use them. They were reasonable. They did what they said. They were clean and neat."
