"I can not emphasize enough the promptness, politeness and professionalism provided by Richard. I had spent the previous day, trying to no avail, to install a double keyed deadbolt for our side garage door. Finally I gave up and came across Home Locksmith USA on Angie's List. I contacted Richard the following Sunday morning about 8:30am and he was here within an hour! His travel time alone was probably somewhere between 30-45 minutes, which should really emphasize his promptness! As he took me through the installation process he explained what he was doing as well as highlighting the steps where I had trouble. He understood it could be tricky which made me feel better. The job he did was AMAZING!! I was so pleased! In addition I was going to have him install a replacement lock/handle for a french door because of a color change. Right away (and before I opened up the packaging), he recognized it was incompatible with the current locking system. Unless I could find the exact match, he recommended not messing with it to avoid more headaches. His honesty in the end saved me even more money!
