Once we agreed on a design and price Elmer took me to choose the stone we would use, including accent stone and lighting. Once this was all done Elmer and his crew arrived and worked non-stop until the project was completed...about 2 weeks. Then in the spring he installed the agreed upon plantings. I must say dealing with Elmer is easy. He is professional, honest, hard working and a great designer. Work was completed on time and within budget...no surprises. I am hiring him again this fall for more planting...he has a great eye for what will work in the yard. Also just a very nice man."
