"Experienced and expeditiously.remedied a replacement of a hot water heater. Very professional."

"Quick response arrived when they said they would replaced water heater no issues very nice. Will definitely use again"

"Very easy to deal with. Everyone I contacted at this company was polite, professional and actually cared about resolving our hot water heater problem."

"Our 10 year old water heater sprung a leak one morning and I discovered a mini flood in my basement. I called ValDel and had a tech, Tim, at my house an hour later. Tim was very nice and professional and had my new 50 gallon heater installed within two hours. He also put a ball valve onto the new heater as our old one did not have this (which forced me to turn off water to the whole house to stop the leaking; if this ever happens again now I can just turn the new valve off to shut off supply to just the heater). We also upgraded to a 6 year warranty on the new heater. We've used ValDel before and have been very happy with them."

"Doug arrived right away and was so helpful. Job was done in no time. Would highly recommend and will call again for any plumbing issues in the future!"

"Quick response on a Sunday after my hot water heater failed, with ValDel able to supply the brand of water heater I was looking for. No one likes putting out the kind of money that this type of emergency repair requires, but I was able to negotiate significantly down to almost match a verbal quote that I had received earlier in the day. Jason was an excellent technician, very courteous, and completed the job quickly. I would definitely use ValDel (and Jason) for future needs."

"They are very professional and efficient. They respected my property and did a very good job installing quality water heater. Price charge is fair compared to others. Financing is great, too, with no finance charge if paid in 12 months. I'm very happy with the persons who did the work."

"Bryan serviced our heater, he also told me about the condition of our heater. What it would take to repair it & that the age of the unit would make it too costly to repair. We appreciate your quality work & your advise, thank you."

"The company called and scheduled a technician to come within 3 days, which met my needs. Technician PJ came as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, went and purchased the parts and had everything repaired in just a few hours. When he left, it looked like he'd never been here - just what i wanted!"

"difficult water line to replace they stayed with the job until finished"
