"I have had Cliff Broach in a number of times to work on problems with our older washer or dryer. He has always done a good job. The prior week to this repair I had Cliff in to repair our washing machine which not draining. It was an easy fix (for him): replace the switch that stops the machine from spinning when you raise the lid and he had the needed part on the truck. At the same time I asked him to check the oven for which only half the broiler coil was working and the refrigerator for which the water dispenser wasn't working.
