"<p>            We originally found Mr. Pearl through this service. From the first phone call Mr. Pearl "Troy" was a professional and that carried through out the job. He was very detail oriented and settled any concerns that I had with answers that he had obviously  gotten from years of experience. Once I explained what I wanted he gave me some options that I had not considered that actually saved us money. Once we decided on a price that was what I consider fair, we signed a contract that spelled out everything he and I were responsible for. </p> <p>           Since this was a second home and I would not be there during the construction of the addition It was tough to put my faith in someone we had just met but it was worth it, Troy is a man of his word they were at the job when we agreed his people were neat and the workmanship was quality. I would not hesitate to recommend his operation to anyone. </p> <p>            The job involved an addition to an existing log home, He started when he was suppose to and any delays were weather related or due to change orders, they matched the new part so that it looks like it was there from day one. The project also needed some site work as well as concrete, electrical, and plumbing. </p> <p>              I really did not have any serious issues once we started and If I have any issues at all they are not with Pearl Contracting they were with the subs he used specifically the plumbing and alarm co. I'm pretty sure that if you ask Troy he either is not using them anymore or will tell you what the issues were.     </p> Regardless of the subs lacking Troy made what they were responsible for happen. <br />"

"Currently, we are working with New Leaf Const on our third  project in two years. Our property has needed significant upgrading, and there has been no question as to who will do it. <br />     Evaluations and explanations have always been thorough and balanced, including discussion of potential difficulties that may be encountered---of which there have been several.  In one instance, engineers were promptly engaged when structural weaknesses were uncovered when preparing to install massive sliding glass doors. <br />     Subcontractors have all been of the highest quality. <br /> <hr />     New Leaf Const is characterized by its integrity, quality workmanship, thoroughness, congeniality, and concern for the client's needs. <br />"

"If there was an A++ rating, Brian absolutely would get it from me!  Brian went above and beyond in every area and I hope he knows how much I appreciate it.  Brian took the time to come to my house, meet with me, and provide me with a thorough review and analysis of what needed to be completed; he offered suggestions and guided me in the right direction.  He was kind, patient, professional and an absolute pleasure to work wtih.  I will work with him again as soon as I'm ready to move on to the next room.  Without Brian's assistance, I would STILL be trying to pick paint colors and have made absolutely no progress.  Brian stayed in touch throughout the decision making and painting process and his response time was better than any vendor I've ever worked with.  I was hesitant to let another vendor into my home after an extrememly negative experience with a heating and furnace installer; Brian has restored my faith!!  He treated my home and its' contents with the utmost respect.  He also was very aware of and made friends with our bossy kitty; it was critical that the cat not get outside and Brian and team made sure the cat was tended to, cared for and safe while they were here.  I believe this was above and beyond what they needed to do and speaks volumes about the type of business Brian operates.  Oh - did I mention how amazing the actual paint job is?!  The walls are beautiful and Brian's suggestion to carry the same color through both rooms was spot on - I love, love, love the work he and his team did.  Brian was meticulous with clean up; when I came home - it was like being in a new house, it looks completely different and absolutely wonderful.Thank you Brian and team once again; looking forward to working with you in the future! <br /> <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
