Also ripped out old floor and installed new tile. It was a major upgrade and my parents are BEYOND PLEASED with both the high quality workmanship and attention to detail they provided. They are a blessing to work with and truly canâ  t thank them enough. This was the second major project they have completed for us and would recommend them to anyone, anytime."

"The KM Team did such an outstanding job on a 5 week bathroom remodel. I compared quotes on 4 other companies and they were the least expensive and shortest turnaround. Normally, that makes me nervous, but very quickly all my concerns went away. Other companies wanted to bring in porta-toilets for workers and park a big dumpster near the house. KM did not do any of that which saved us money. Communication was excellent, they showed up mid morning but came every day. They met me at tile store and helped pick out the right materials and even splurged on some more expensive tile at no additional cost to me. They truly want to make sure the customer is happy. Schedule was met and they minimized distraction to our family. They hauled away all debris and left our home clean. We love their work and highly recommend them."
