"The method needed to clean them was clearly labeled "S" for solvent. The worker called the office and was directed to proceed even though they clearly use ionized water NOT a solvent or dry cleaning method."

"Zen Dry showed up within the hour and activated fans and dehumidifiers to minimalize water damage. Team was courteous and responsive to questions."

"The work needed was more than they anticipated but they did not hesitate or charge more-- they just did the job."

"Everything went exactly as was outlined up front. They worked directly with my insurance company to handle the claim. I only had one small problem with some gutter damage and brought that to their attention and it was fixed a week before the final payment was made."

"Fiber Care did an excellent job with my rug, sofa and tile cleaning. Mario was very knowledgeable and personable. He arrived right on time, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up well afterwards. I am VERY pleased with the job. And the owner even called later in the day to see how it went. A model for good customer service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them."

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. I will definitely use his company if I have anymore foundation or drainage issues.

"DEVIN CAME OUT TO INSPECT AND SHOWED US PIX OF THE 30 YEARS OF DAMAGED TO BOTH CHIMNEYS SO WE KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT. THE WORK TOOK 2 DAYS. HE AND CASEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. CALLED WHEN ON THEIR WAY. CLEAN UP WAS DONE AND WE HAD A COMPLETE LIST OF REPAIRS BEFORE THEY LEFT."

"It was a big job, with some major stains in the basement. Many of the stains were removed, although not all. We just purchased the house so I do not know the origin of the stains or if they had been treated before. Many came out. The carpet is fresh and much cleaner. I would use Hank again and recommend Maxcare for results and good pricing."

"Rusty and Bill repaired several problem areas in my kitchen ceiling that included a crack from a foundation issue, a hole left after a recessed lighting install and a light fixture move that many advised I should leave alone because it would never look 100%.  Needless to say, all repairs looked flawless!  According to Rusty the texture on the ceiling of my late 1950's ranch house was something he had not seen before.  To match it he actually took the time to blow sand through a straw to recreate the texture and it turned out beautifully.  I found Rusty and Bill to two people who are focused on quality; not cutting corners.   They are both highly recommended and I am looking forward to having them assist me on future projects."

"First time every hiring a cleaning service and now i will be using them twice a month."
