"I hired Torin Soares to build a shed extension for my barn to house feed and tack. It was refreshing for a contractor to ask for what I was looking for, rather than informing me what they would build. He took the time to lay out a template for me to see in person before pouring a concrete foundation to make sure there would be enough space for all of my supplies. Very easy to work with and very engaging in order to accommodate my needs. I would Highly recommend!"

"Sean and his team were responsive to any issues, communicated well so we always knew what next steps were and they did a very nice job on our kitchen. Sean resolved issues quickly and followed through to correct or fix those little issues that arose. For example, he promptly reordered a couple items that either had a flaw or were damaged in shipping. His team of electricians, tilers, floor refinishers, etc. were great and did a great job. Good communication all along. We are very happy with our new kitchen!"

"We were hoping to get an early start on building out a new deck overlooking our yard. Michael came out a day after reaching out to contractors and had a quote for me by the end of the week - much faster (and better value!) than the other quotes I found. Our expectations were set knowing it might be a month or so before we got materials and a completed deck, but after a week and a half they were already building! If it wasn't for some missing parts, they would have finished in less than a week! We couldn't be more happy with our new deck and have already been taking advantage of every warm day to hang out and grill. Greate job!"

"We were extremely pleased with the outcome of Teagan's very high quality craftsmanship. We had an ugly old brick fireplace that, with his guidance, has become a refreshing "work of art." Teagan was the first carpenter we interviewed and we instantly felt he was the man for out job because he spoke so knowledgeably, made us aware of things to consider, and even provided the name of quality business to locate the desired stonework we wanted. Not only did he create a beautiful wood mantel and surround with nice architectural details, but his stonework was impeccable. Teagan stayed in close contact with us and completed the job ahead of schedule. We can't praise him or his work more highly and wholeheartedly endorse him for any project anyone's considering. We would absolutely hire him again if the need arose. Thank you Teagan for making our long overdue dream come true."

"Michael and his crew did a great job on our new deck. From the demo of our old deck, to the construction of the new one, they were very professional. They always kept a clean job site. The deck came out beautiful. Overall we were very happy we chose Kelleher General Contracting."

"Replacing a complex wooded deck requires many different cuts. He was able to navigate the problems and come up with solutions that pleased me very much. He also installed an additional railing that was much appreciated by my wife and I. This was a 3 level deck."

"Incredibly skilled craftsman, professional, responsive, perfectionist. Great to work. He built a beautiful, high quality replacement deck, back porch and balcony for our home. I highly recommend. Youâ ll be very happy with the results."

"Shawn and crew did a great job, had a few projects that needed to be done. Porch needed attention and after further inspection replacement was required project was completed in a few days. House was painted and trim & windows were replaced as needed, I'm very pleased with the workmanship and labor cost and won't hesitate to hire Transformation Construction LLC again."

"From this first meeting to the job completion I couldn't ask for anything better. They did incredible work tearing down and building a new deck. Not only does it look amazing, they walked me through every step and made it super easy. If I had any questions or worried about anything the project manager, Ryan DePalma, was available almost 24/7 and the team back in the office replied to emails and calls very quickly. I highly recommend."
