The installers are top of the line professionals. The carpet looks beautiful after a perfect install in three bedrooms, hall, and steps. The steps are complicated; the installers had no problem and the job was perfection. The closets turned out just as nice. The vinyl looks great and, again, a perfect professional install. "I can't recommend Vogel's highly enough. At every stage of the process they were professional and provided great service. Step 1 was taking measurements of the stairs. It was clear at this stage that they were experienced and knew what to do to make our runner fit and look perfect in our space. Step 2 was in the showroom discussing carpet options. They had a ton of options at a range of price points. Everyone was knowledgeable of the pros and cons of the different options and they encouraged us to take samples home to see them in our house. We never felt rushed for time or pressured to pick more expensive options; they only cared that we were going to be happy with the final product. Step 3 was the install. The installer was on-time, very friendly, and did clean and professional work. There was a small issue during the install and the installer left us with a nice temporary solution, while the operations team expedited the final fix. The final product is beautiful. "We had the work completed about 4 weeks ago. We had number of bids obtained, Carpet to Go (through Costco) was by far the best deal for the quality of work offered. Che was our salesperson. The estimate was scheduled within a week, and Che came to our place with number of samples for hardwood and carpet and was not pushy, allowed us ample of time to make decision, and he met us again at the Bellevue showroom. Two separate teams came to do our work, one for the hardwood and one for carpet. Both were very professional and did the work sooner than we expected.
