Our phone consultation be it one call or more is charged at a rate of $50.00 and if we come to your home or business to do an estimate we charge $75.00 either of which is credited to your project if we enter an agreement or within 60 days we contract a project of $1650.00 we double the face-value of the fee as credit to your project.
"Do not hire this dishonest man. Disaster from start to finish. Hired to build screened in porch, add slider and French door. Pictures are of door and framing his crew installed, presented as new. You can see the door was bent and the framing was used and filthy. I would not accept this so after third set and 8 months, August to March, I paid him and after a yelling match asked him to leave. 80 year old female who learned an expensive lesson. "

"Absolutely avoid Pioneer Home Services at all costs!!!!!!!!!! I had the misfortune of dealing with them when our A/C went out, and I chose them based on their seemingly great Google reviews. However, my experience was a nightmare. Their technician, Michael Miller, tried charging me a ridiculous $1100 for a simple capacitor and contactor switch. That only amounted to $40 online and 15 minutes of work. He actually tried to claim the parts alone were worth $800, which was beyond ridiculous. When I tried to verify the parts cost myself, Michael seemed hesitant and evasive about the quote, which immediately raised red flags. Later on, he quoted me $392 for the same job, which just added insult to injury. Save yourself the headache and find another HVAC company that actually values its customers. Pioneer Home Services, especially the technician Michael Miller, are the poster children for why people shouldn't rely solely on Google reviews to judge a company's credibility. AGAIN, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!"
