"0 stars is what I would like to enter. Extremely poor service, came 2 times to fix a leak. Caused a new leak and they refused to take ownership for it. The owner, Brendan, was extremely rude when I tried to explain what occurred. This is an example of how Brenden responded to me via text: Brenden: "I'm not gonna fight with you over it the video clearly shows the line isn't leaking the blue valve housing is. There is no way you had a drip that bad for 2 weeks and just noticed it today. You noticed a tiny defrost water leak 12 hrs after they left. They didn't unhook the water or turn the water off or mess with the water in any way so there's no way they cracked the valve. I am not replacing a part we didn't break or damage. Period. " Me: "Brendan, thanks for your time. You know this isn't right. I was referred to you by a very good friend, disappointing. Referrals go a long way as you know. I'll be sure to pass along this thread and the experience to him and all the other businesses owners in our network. God bless""
