"<p>This is an excellent family-owned business that has been around a very, very long time. From helping us choose the type of flooring that best suited our needs to performing quality installation, they were there every step of the way. The installers were always on time, very professional, and courteous, and the finished product looks beautiful!</p> <p>We originally started shopping at [a major do-it-yourself store] and had requested a bid for the installation only to find they were nickel-and-diming us to an unacceptable point. The do-it-yourself store charges $35 per appliance or large furniture (sofa, each bed, etc) that have to be moved, plus other various fees that added up faster than I could believe. </p> <p>In contrast, Ameri-floors charges less per square foot to install and assessed only a small, reasonable fee for moving all of the furniture. Even more important to me than the cost, however, is the confidence I had that the floor would be installed correctly, would look beautiful, and should any problem arise during the one-year installation warranty period I know that I can pick up the phone and call and know I will receive a prompt, personalized response with no problems.</p> <p>I highly recommend this company in every respect, and I'm so very happy I chose them to install my flooring!</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"Gave us a bid, came on a Saturday with a helper to do the job. Did a great job. Also gave an estimate on installing a new floor in the kitchen. It's great that he was available on a weekend so we didn't have to take off work to be there when he came. "We had kitchen counter tops replaced and back splash installed with Tu Kasa. The work was installed when it was scheduled and at the price quoted after Tu Kasa made measurements. We were pleased with the courtesy of the work crew. They did an excellent job of sealing-off the kitchen during the demo. They needed to work late one evening, asked our permission to be there and completed the work in a quiet and respectful manner. I also appreciate the Designer Brenda and Tu Kasa for staying with our project. We interfered, asking for a major change in the middle of installation. This caused a work delay and some re-design, but Brenda stayed with us until the job was complete. Our counter tops and back splash are beautiful. I believe we could have done this project at a lower price but opted for the demonstrated quality at Tu Kasa. They did not disappoint. <br />"

"Steve and his son wre very responsive and made us confident they would support the sale to completion. The installers were really nice fellows and were very professional. They did an outstanding job. They communicated with us through the process and addressed all potential options to seek our input. They completed the installations in a timely manner and completely cleaned up any litter from the install prcess. We are very pleased with the outcome. <br />"

"They're just very nice people. When they say they are going to get there about 8:30, they're usually there about 8:30 or maybe a quarter to 9. He would work so late. He is a real hard worker. He stays with the job until it is completed. He's come back to fix a couple of things that I wasn't totally pleased with. He is an excellent contractor. The price is very good, certainly very competitive."

"It went great, despite terrible, wet weather! Mark and his team were great - very easy to talk to and deal with. We spoke on the phone at length prior to setting up the service, and once arrangements were made, they were on time and done in the amount of time they said it would take, despite the fact that we were experiencing terrible weather that week. The floor looks fantastic and I'm sure it is going to be extremely durable - can't wait to get my shop set up!"
