"Excellent. After dealing with several unethical contractors, Innovo was a breath of fresh air. They were trustworthy, professional, punctual and did a great job. Would highly recommend and hire again."

Customers say: Quick response

"Everything came together perfectly. I'm very happy with all modifications but especially the stove cutout. The quartz countertop needed to be cut down and the cabinet needed to be narrowed and modified (removed drawer and two-shelf cabinet) to fit cooking sheets and cutting boards. This is the most visible repair and it looks flawless. The laundry room with its various projects took the most amount of time and it was well done. RCU remodeling was very responsive, called us promptly, gave a fair quote for the amount of work done, were incredibly polite the whole time and did a great job of explaining everything they planned on charging us for, plus the approximate time to complete. I think it took a day longer than anticipated, but we've literally never had a house project done by professionals that didn't take more time than expected. Importantly, they were able to start very quickly after we agreed to the proposed timeline and price. We were anticipating get a replacement stove quickly and needed to get the work done. For better or worse, the stove was very delayed, which gave us plenty for the cabinet paint job to dry completely. Lastly, they bought a full gallon of paint for said cabinet and left the remainder with us so we could touch up other cabinets outside the scope of the project. Great service and people all around!! Highly recommend."

"Robert Chapa and his crew showed up every day on schedule. After a few days we felt confident enough to leave him our keys and to let he and his crew work while we were gone. He has a good eye for design. Our 45 year old home looks like a new home inside. I have had so many oohs and ahhhs when people see his work. Robert even did extras like put up our new window coverings without even having to ask."

"Since I was in a hurry, Don (the Owner) came on a Saturday to give me the Estimate for the job.Work was started on 4-30-12.Releveling and repairing of the tiedowns went pretty fast. Because I am picky about matching colors, there was a short delay do to Don not having the right color chips.Once I was able to pick "my color", ordering of the skirting material didn't take very long.Work was completed on 5-11-12.I am very happy with his work and I will hire him again."

"Mr. Lehaman showed up at the job site very professional and quoted us a very fair price for the job we needed. He did not try to over charge us on the supplies. He did not waste our time nor his and got stright to work. We were very pleased and happy with the finished work as well as the quality of the work. We would recommend him to anyone in need of his services. He came with all his supplies for the job and with his helper who was also very professional. We will be using him in the future for many of our other needs."

"The price was in the neighborhood of $5000. He is great once you can get him over here. He seems to try to cut his job fairly close, but I would certainly use him again and plan it so I could give him extra week or so to get here. He will take a few days longer because he normally will be trying to finish up a job. However, I am quite satisfied with the work that he does. I am willing to wait a few extra days next time to have him to do it. His prices were very reasonable compared to some of the bids I have had. So, I am ready to wait considering his reasonable prices and quality of work. His price was very competitive and I was very happy with it. He will show up once he says he is going to show up. I don’t have any complaints at all about his professionalism."

"Called around a little for someone to come in and do some updates and a few odds and ends that I needed to get done for some time. We called and found out that this very nice gentleman lived nearby and he was very pleasant to speak with on the phone. He came out the next day and gave me a very fair price for a good load of work. The owner did all the work himself. He brought in his cleaning crew to clean up and they did the whole house. It was amazing. Well worth every penny. They will be doing my full kitchen and bathroom remodel in the near future. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Kingsville, TX

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
