He either is a 5 star, or a 1 or 2 star based on the reasons I’ve cited above. Not sure if he treats all potential customers this way, or maybe my project wasn’t enough $$$ for him. The others all said it could be more if we find problems. He also did not ask me to finance the job. He said pay me when the job is complete and you are happy. I was looking through some online work Naji had done so on the first day I asked him if he could make it look designer instead of just painting. He said of course and gave me a fantastic price.
