"I had the best customer service experience! My dryer heat element went out and I was stuck w 2 loads of wet laundry. I called spoke to Kim, she was awesome!! She said they were booked until Friday. I explained my obsession w laundry and begged for someone to come sooner. She said let me call some techs and see what I can do. I got a call back in 1/2 hr and dryer fixed 2 hrs later. WOW!!! Just WOW!!! Brad my tech was soooo nice!! He explained everything and showed me the part that went bad and checked my fuse box, dryer vent. Mr. Appliace Went the extra mile for me the customer. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks again Kim and Brad for such a fabulous experience."
