They were the ONLY company of 4 that sent out an actual structural engineer (Marc S.). Their quote was the most competitive and seemed to make the most sense for what we needed to be done. It was low pressure and Marc was very patient with many subsequent questions. After we committed they asked for no money up front. I paid half when they started and half when the job was completed. It took 3 days and minimal disruption at the home. I worked from home during the entire process. Matt L. was the supervisor on site the entire installation and was very responsive and informative.
