Rick came and gave a very complete and fair estimate for the work they would end up doing which included adding some attic ventilation that was much needed. All the work was done very well and the clean up was like they were never here. Home Owners Insurance will now go down and that alone will pay for the upgrade over the previous shingle. A very efficient crew of installers worked almost non-stop to finish the roof in one day.
