"Removal of old fence and Installation was good in May. Some of the boards have warped and there is a gap where the gates close. I was also told I would get a receipt for the labor. I emailed Brian in June and he said he couldn't get with me because he was out of town on another job and he would get back to me. I had to email him again in August and he never returned my email. It is now October and I still have no receipt and the fence has not been looked at. If he is busy I understand, but not replying to my second email is why I am writing this review and it shouldn't take too much time to email me a receipt. Poor customer service is the reason I will not use Big Foot fencing again. Ron"

"I've used Bill and Citi in the past for small sprinkler jobs and landscaping and he has always been responsive, on time and professional to deal with. The fence job was difficult as it included patio extension and connecting to the neighbors driveway as well as building a much more extensive double sided fence for asthetics for both myself and neighbor. The fence is beautiful and Bill and his crews were always on time and communicated extensively throughout the process. Would use him again in a heartbeat. Fantastic Job!!!!"
