"It went well. It's just that the guy was kind of stubborn and wouldn't listen to us. When he was taking the toilet out, we just kept asking him to wrap the bottom in a trash bag. He was going, "Oh, it's fine. It's not going to leak. It's not going to leak." We kept giving him trash bag saying, "Please." He just ignored the trash bag and took it out to the curb and it just leaked toilet water all throughout the house. It was just him, his attitude. We kept trying to tell him to do it and he wouldn't listen. He goes, "I do this all the time. It's not going to leak." And then, when it leaked all over he is going, "Oh, that's clean water anyways. That's clean water." It was coming from the bottom of the toilet and you can't clean that part. It was $200 for the toilet, installing it and price of the toilet. He said it was additional $60 or $70 to install the water shut off valve. I thought the toilet was okay but the valve was over priced. He showed up on time."

By the time we signed a contract with Wyndhill, almost three weeks had passed after the storm and the entire neighborhood was loaded with roofing signs from other companies. "Man, I have got to say I am truly impressed. I own several properties in Colorado springs and needed some flooring done in a bad way. I had hardwood floor that was ages old and damaged in an already old home. I met with Gustavothe field supervisor and let him now what I needed done. As a rental property I wanted to change to a laminate floor and get some new baseboard installed. They got me the estimate in a timely fashion and price was very competitive. I had some concerns with my budget and El Toro was able to accommodate. They ended up coming in and completed demo and haul away in one day. They leveled my floors and installed the flooring and I was truly in awe. The finishing touches were installing my baseboard and touching up the paint and I couldn't be happier. I was able to get my property back on the market and rented. Thanks guys!"

"this part of it went well: they dismantled the old fan. they assembled the new fan and installed it. This part not so great: After the new fan was installed when I turned on the switch the fan made a humming noise (which the old fan made, too) and it is really annoying. I asked why it was making that noise. they said because the switch is old. I asked if they could change out the switch. No, they don't carry new switches with them. I bought a new switch at Lowes and called White Rhino. It would cost me another $79.00 for them to come out and install the new switch."

Task a little harder as he had to search for electric circuit that each of 3 cameras were on. Did not charge extra for that. Very professional. Made sure that I was fully satisfied."
