They were absolutely fantastic to work with! They refinished my whole downstairs and also my stairs, in a timely and professional manner! "I don't usually write a review but they did an great job on our floors. To start with, we had planned to refinish our 1st floor and ran into problems with our living room. Turns out we had no hardwood floor there and only particle wood under the carpet. The head of the crew sprang into action and got the wood needed to match our other wood on the floor and put it in and finished everything in 3 1/2 days! The floor they did in the living room was beautiful and rock solid. It does not creak or squeak. I highly recommend them."

"The owner, Todd, came to the house, measured, and gave me a quote via email. I was on a pretty tight timeframe, and he was able to work me in. One of his guys (Robert) did most of the work. The floor came out great. Better than I was expecting. He had to do some extra work around a toilet in the bathroom, but did not ask for extra money. They have an outstanding vacuum system that captures almost all of the dust. It is so effective, Robert doesn't even need to wear a dust mask. I will certainly call Todd again when I need hardwood floor work."

"Our experience with Classic Hardwood Floors and Mike was beyond wonderful and I cannot give a strong enough recommendation to use him for your project. As a quick backdrop on how we met Mike, we were in the process of a kitchen remodel and had unrealistic hopes of preserving and refinishing the existing wood floors in our 116 year old home. Upon completing demo in our home, it became all too clear that it was not a good use of money to refinish the original floors. We were already working on an extremely aggressive construction schedule and now had the added problem of finding someone to take care of the floors. My contractor fortunately had heard of Mike and directed me to contact him to see what he could do. Mike was extremely responsive, showed up on Saturday to speak with us (the same day we reached out), and shot it straight to us. Mike was very straightforward and practical with his recommendations. Moreover, Mike jumped to attention on extremely short notice and was able to put the wheels in motion so as to keep our project on time and on budget. While Mike’s responsiveness and practicality were refreshing, they pale in comparison to his results. Although Mike was asked to work on very short notice, he and his crew paid very close attention to detail and delivered nothing short of a tremendous product.
