"When you spend a lot of money on a big project like these, replacing the roof, gutter and gutter guard, people often wonder about the cost, material, warranty, customer service, cleaning,additional work cost(labor/hour if needed)... To address these questions, I emailed 8 roofing companies and requested a quote from them. I chose HB roofing because Ricky, the owner, offered me: the next day quote with professional presented file including scope of work, preparation, material, cost, warranty, cleaning, options, payment... the lowest cost for replacing my roof and gutter with similar material warranty the highest workmanship warranty and the lowest, additional work cost(labor/hour if needed) After the work was done, I found a small part of the rotten fascia, and a tiny leak in my gutter, I contacted Ricky, and he promptly fixed them without charge. I hope this review will help more contractors like this to grow and serve our community better. Keep up the good work Ricky and your team!"

It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
