"Johnsons and Sons, once again, make the vision a realty. New floors, cabinets, countertops, paint, lighting in our Laundry Room/Mud Room-entryway (and new fireplace!). Top to bottom: perfect. Vic's communication throughout the project never left us guessing who was coming when and what we could expect on a day-to-day basis. He was always very clear on the cost and timing, no surprises. Jon gets the work DONE; I'm not sure there's anything he cannot do. And Tony . . . his tile work is second to none. We've asked Tony to tackle many and varied tile projects; his attention to detail has never left us disappointed and his finished product has always been the highlight. The Johnson and Sons subs (flooring, drywall, paint, electrical) are courteous, professional, and timely. When things are "missed" or overlooked (as ALWAYS happens with ANY project), the subs promptly return to get the work done, never a problem. Two more rooms to go and Johnson and Sons will have touched every room of our house."

"Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours. "Doug, Tony and team did an excellent job renovating two bathrooms in our 110 year old house. Renovating is not quite descriptive enough; both rooms were fully gutted, re-leveled, new framing, and high quality finishes on top. The quality of work of each component was very high; from drywall finishing, heated floors, and quartz highlights - each portion had a high attention to detail. Appreciated the recommendations throughout the project; a willingness to dig into a challenging project (110 year old houses have their quirks) and focus on maintaining some key dates in the schedule. Hope to get them back for a Kitchen re-do in the future."

"?????????????????? This is our first project Bello. The first was a small bath redo that included floor leveling and bringing a 1960?s bathroom totally up to date. The team did an excellent job. We then contracted Bello for a major kitchen and primary bath remodeling job. We opened up the kitchen and added loads of storage. The bathroom involved moving plumbing, installing a pocket door and better ventilation. The materials and colors offered and the selections are beautiful. The cabinetry is high quality. Last minute changes were handled without issue. Touch ups were done when needed and all work was finished to a professional level."

"Contemporary Home Construction are very professional and great service provider. I have two bathrooms renovation done and living room can ceiling lights install to make our house look more modern. It s 1940 s build home but they did great job by thinking from owner s stand point. I wanted to install standard bathroom vanity but they suggested to install floating vanity. My bathroom look a lot larger and modern now. I am 120 percent satisfied with their service."

"Overall the project went very well. We interviewed 5 different contractors and picked Vic because we liked his price, we liked the fact that he was going to do most of the work himself, and we felt that we could work with him. The project was supposed to be done in about a month, and ended up taking close to 2 months. Part of the delay was materials and the plumber, and a few days were lost because of surgery and a previously scheduled vacation, but ultimately we did get the bathroom and tub room we had hoped for. Although we were originally considering luxury vinyl, Vic did steer us toward tile. He did an excellent job of installing the tile on the floor and around the new tub, and it all looks beautiful. He also did several small things at the end of the project (such as replacing towel bars in another bathroom, installing a curtain rods and a shade, and replacing an electrical outlet) at no cost."
