"Soon after we moved into our house in 2019, one of the two sump pumps we had was not fully draining on its own. We called and let them know of the issue. About two days after the initial call they sent out a tech, he was on time and happy to help. Took a look over the sump pump that was not draining correctly and asked a few questions. Quickly figured out the issue, it needed a part so that it could drain properly on its own and without us needing to manually drain it ourselves as we had been doing the past few times it rained. Thank goodness!! Had the part readily available in his truck, had it installed within 15 minutes. The issue was fixed right away and we have yet to have another issue with the sump pumps. These guys are awesome, knowledgeable of their products and systems, and have wonderful customer service. I always recommend Everdry for anyone’s sump pump and waterproofing needs!"

"The crews were extraordinarily polite, friendly, efficient, and very energetic. They ran into a lot of underground water when digging the trench for the buckled wall repair, but were able to put in the necessary reinforcements from inside the basement extending out to the trenched area. We live in an area with a lot of underground springs and artesian water, and when they began work the dirt under the foundation and crawl space was just wet mud, and water poured in at 36 inches deep as they created an outlet for the water to be safely drained away from the house. The basement is completely dry and we have a back up sump pump. My basement is surrounded by a crawl space since it was added after the house was built. The sump pumps and dehumidifier are warrantied for 5 years and the waterproofing has a lifetime warranty. Our house had problems because the basement was added after the house was built, but Indiana Foundation was able to make the house safe, and completely dry and usable. Since we live on a hillside, we will be adding a French drain behind the house and garage, far enough away to not further damage any of the foundations, but at the natural flow of the hillside where water collects to run down hill or underground. If we go at least 36 inches deep, it should help reduce some of the water that flows into the house area. This was some advice given by the supervisor at Indiana Foundation. They don't install French drains any longer, as they don't carry away all water and don't carry a guarantee, but in our situation it will probably help and is something I will be contracting out in the near future. The French drain is similar to what farmers install in fields to drain away excess water to a creek or deep ditch. It isn't something we have to do, but it will put a lot less strain on the sump pumps and other equipment, and in case of a long term power outage, would likely save our other appliances too (furnace, water heater, walls, etc.). I love the battery back up pump and it has already been in use twice when we had two separate power outages from storms. The workmen from Indiana Foundation were delightful to have in my home, running in and out with loads of materials, cheerfully hammering the walls and floors to install their system. Second: My electrician was able to repair a line running to our garage after the water problem was resolved. Water poured in over the connections in the basement without our realizing it, and no electricity was live in the back room of the garage. New basement, New Electric, New Plumbing - we are very happy with the results!"

Compassionate honorable Delaware Township Trustee Debbie, wanted to gift my poor elderly mother to replace her old sump pump and old water heater from the donation funds. I was so moved by her extra ordinary compassion and kindness to look after my poor elderly mother. She gave my mother the best mother's present in her life. Even though compassionate Trustee Debbie was paying for this project, I had a big responsibility to find the best estimate and honest plumber. I'm a frugal person and a smart shopper, so I decided to do my homework by asking around plumbers' advise. Plumbers educated me that Bradford White water heater and PHCC sump pump are the best products for longevity. I requested Angi's member specialist two dozen plumbing referrals. I called the two dozen plumbing companies and then explained to them that I need an estimate for new Bradford White 80 gallon water heater and 1/3 horsepower PHCC sump pump. It is very important that homeowners must diligently get as many estimates as possible to find the best and honest company. Some plumbing companies gave me high estimates and difficult to work with. Most of the time, plumbing companies charge service calls with repair jobs. There were two companies that caught my attention, one was 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, advertised that they do not charge for service calls without commitment and the Peterman Brothers Plumbing Company advertised free second opinions. So I decided to include these two companies' estimates too. The owner of the 24-7 Plumbing Heating and Cooling, Brandon gave me the best reasonable and honest estimate. Another plumbing company was $300 more than Brandon's estimate. I realized that out of two dozen plumbing companies, I found the two companies with the best estimates. When I called the Peterman Brothers Plumbing, they insisted to provide an estimate after they inspect the water heater and the sump pump. The Peterman Brothers Plumbing company sent Bradly to give an estimate. I didn't like to play games so I printed out Brandon's estimate and gave a copy to Bradly and asked him whether your company can beat Brandon's estimate. I was very surprised to Bradly's response that, "You want our company to do a charity work?" I realized that Brandon gave me an honest and very reasonable estimate to help out honorable Trustee Debbie and my poor elderly mother. I was very disappointed with Peterman Brother Plumbing company, I cannot imagine their high estimate. I was thinking if they want to give a free second opinion, they must come up with a competitive reasonable estimate. Otherwise, they will be wasting their time and the trips. Even today, I still could not forgive Bradly. Even though he inspected my mom's old electrical water heater and he took Brandon's estimate. When Bradly emailed me an estimate, I could not believe that he intentionally gave me an estimate for a gas 80 galloon Bradford White water heater. I contacted Bradly again and told him that he sent the wrong estimate instead of the electrical water heater estimate. He told me that he will send another electrical water heater estimate but he never did. Seemed like he wants to hide their high estimate. Honorable Trustee Debbie requested that she wanted to meet Brandon at my mom's house. I talked to Brandon several times on the phone regarding this project and the estimate, he was always so kind to help out customers' concerns, questions, and willing to go extra miles in explaining to me in details so that I could understand well. Especially being a woman, I am not that familiar with plumbing projects and products. I appreciated him even more when I met him in person. He was honorable, modest, nice mannered, and trustworthy man. On April 30, Brandon's crew plumbers showed up, they showed high professionalism and work diligently all day long. They only used premium quality materials and did an excellent job in installing the water heater and sump pump. My poor elderly mother's 25 year old home is somewhat neglected, especially, the bathtub faucet was worn out so I bought a new one in advance and I asked Brandon's plumbers to help install the new one and they did it even if it is not a part of their job. I also asked them to re-caulking around the bathtub and kitchen sink. They were glad to help me. Especially, I was concern about any leaks under the kitchen sink, I asked them to check it out and they checked it for me thoroughly and I really appreciate them doing that. I felt that Brandon's crew really cares about my poor elderly mother's situation. I was very happy with this project and I really appreciated Brandon, his crew and also compassionate honorable Trustee Debbie from the bottom of my heart.
