"Sergio was amazing! He was able to use the existing materials we at at the house. ( We tried to DIY it and it did not go well.) I had several other companies come out and look at it and many of them said it could not be repaired and must be replaced. That would have been a $15,000-$20,000 job. I explained to Sergio that we needed it fixed so that we could pass the inspection for the appraisal of the home and the refinance that we are in the process of completing. I explained that my husband was an over the road truck driver and I could not wait for him to get home to get it completed. I also explained that we did not have all the tools that we needed to get it done ourselves and I was worried about it not being repaired correctly. Entire house including driveway, vinyl fence and pool area was pressure washed. Front entry including door was painted. They painted two interior rooms, repaired a crack in the ceiling drywall, elevated sunken pavers, repaired an outdoor faucet, and a few other small things. They were punctual and efficient.
