"I made an appointment; arrived on time, and my car was immediately taken in for service. However, prior to applying the window tint, I was given an explanation as to density and legality of the various tints. Approximately 1-1/2 hours later, window tinting was finished. I was given explicit instructions regarding the next 5-7 days to insure that bubbles would not appear in the film. I was also advised that the service was 100% guaranteed. Professionalism? 150%!"
