In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. "The guy was great. I had several of the contractor who took a look at the job. They said the deck had to be replaced. the other contractors did not diagnose the rot at the foot of the house. When Gilbert took it apart. it was completely rotted. Which other contractors would have discovered once they began the work. Gilbert repaired the deck instead of replacing it. only Gilbert diagnosed the rotted footer in the house in advance. Gilbert will be replacing my roof this fall. Out of all the contractors, Gilbert's price was less than 1/3 of the offer of other because they wanted to replace the deck and it did include repair to the house."
