"Swanick Builders were not consistent with time lines. They would make choices that we as the homeowners should have been consulted on or made. Builders made many mistakes of placement or painting wrong colors from chosen /discussed choices made by us. When talked to about this they would state its a focal point. Level of work has been found to be subpar at best, needing other professionals to come correct. Sub contractors utilized by builders were subpar putting hole in roof . all in all they should not have taken such a large job and we would not be hiring ever again. "

Our fault for trusting him. He never finished everything he said he would and we are still not in our basement and finishing the job ourselves. We are redoing the trim work and replacing the doors ourselves. What a waste of money We were quoted a price and paid him over that price and he still did much less than he said he would and installed used products that are broken and dirty and don?t match. The drywall was never sanded appropriately, the electrical work that was contracted out had to be redone, the door is broken and used, the job site was left dirty and trash was left on site for weeks. Very disappointed. Would never recommend. "
