"We met with several contractors when we were planning the deck project but Cedric and his team stood out to us because of the amount of detail he went into just to explain what goes into building a good deck as well as the time he spent educating us. He even had samples of the decking to show us. He was very involved throughout the planning process helping us make decisions on what would be a good design and materials to pick from to stay within budget. The build of the deck was done very well by his team and we really love how it has changed our backyard and made the deck so much more usable. Even though there were some challenges during the build, Cedric and his team worked with us to solve them so we have a good overall design and usability. We really like his work and will want to work with him on any future home projects as well."

All work they did came out better than I had expected or hoped for. They were even respectful of dozens of plants where our fence was going in, I expected them to all be trampled but none were!! "We hired Galto Residential Contracting to remove the popcorn ceiling from the entire first floor of our house, plus the second floor stairway and hallway areas. I was given a competitive bid (one of four bids received) and we scheduled to work. Andy Galto and his crew arrived as scheduled, and completed to project in a workman like fashion on a timely basis. Popcorn ceiling removal is inherently messy. The real issue is in prepping the ceiling drywall for a smooth finish. The contractor worked with us to get the smooth white finish we wanted, done to our satisfaction. The premises were cleaned up at the conclusion of the project, though we still had to deal with some of the drywall dust generated though the smooth sanding of the new ceiling. Overall, we are very pleased with the work done, and at a fair price."

"I hired JR Quality Painting (Robert Luevano) to repair my steel siding and paint my very small house. JR's recently merged with S&R Eagle Services, LLC. Robert assigned a two man crew (a father and son) to my job and they were very good. Other company's that bid the job either wanted twice as much money or declined the job after initial bids because I wanted them to use siding (which is no longer made) from a less visible area that was being repaired on some other repairs in areas that were highly visible. No one else was willing to do this and I was given all kinds of excuses why it couldn't be done. Robert's crew not only made the repairs exactly as I wanted them, but they did a great job with the repairs and the house painting. I would totally recommend them to anyone needing siding repairs and house painting."
