"The project was to replace my existing roof and install new 6" gutters. DaBella Exteriors completed the project ahead of the estimated completion date. The team who costed out and estimated the materials needed for the new roof were spot on as there was little unused materials. The team of 5 guys who replaced the roof worked all day with only a short break for lunch. Clean up around the house was excellent. The same can be said for the team that installed the new gutters a few days later. Overall a pleasant experience with no issues and I would do business with the company again."

"I hired Tim and his crew to replace an old shingle roof, add gable eaves and to install shingle roof with an attic fan. They removed the old roof in one day and left the property cleaner than before they started, which was outstanding! "After a number of discussions & estimates with different roofing companies we chose Pressure Point. We did not select the roofing company advised by USAA. Matt Stone of Pressure Point was the most knowledgeable and answered all my questions in keeping with what I had learned in my intense self-taught knowledge about roofing. We also had 6 sky lights that were over 35 years old & needed to be replaced as well. And given that the house was built in 1980, we also replaced all the gutters and downspouts. I am a very critical person. My occupation is a scientist involved with leading edge cancer research. I am used to analyzing situations & coming up with solutions. Rarely do I glibly give any person or company an A rating. Matt and the entire crew at Pressure Point were outstanding in all aspects of their work, from A to Z. Wood rot was removed & replaced. The old roof tiles were quickly disposed of. No mess or bother on my part. New underlayment was installed & Decra stone covered metal roofing was used (rusticoclay style). Pressure Point also replaced a huge beam supporting our car port that had undergone wood rot. Everything that was done, was done right. The price below includes new roof, new skylights (some solar powered with shades) and new gutters as well as replacement of a huge 25 foot long massive beam in the car port."

"I love my new roof! Jasmin went above and beyond helping me to pick out the right type and color shingles for my house. She personally drove me around the neighborhood and told me what type of shingle and color I was looking at so I could relate to what I was seeing when a shingle was on a roof versus trying to imagine what a small sample on a sample board would look like on a full roof. She even brought over loose shingles for three final types I was trying to decide on and laid them out in blocks on my lawn so I could see how the shingles looked in a large patch. And if that wasn't enough she personally drove with me to a wholesale shingle distributor so I could look at a large supply of shingles. She really understood that it was a big decision for me and I wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the end product. This company offered me the best overall price for my roof job which also included rain gutters and a cricket (which diverts water flow away from the chimney). The crew showed up and helped move things out of my garage so nothing would get broken during the process. They laid down plastic sheeting to collect the debris that would be falling. They cleaned up after the first layer of plywood was laid down."

The crew that he sent to do the work was so friendly and hard working. We enjoyed chatting a bit with them each day. They worked diligently each day and got the job done quickly. They arrived promptly each morning and picked up each evening before heading out. Matt came by the day after everything was finished up to check the work himself and to see if we had any questions or concerns and to be sure we were satisfied. The window crew was very polite, and did a wonderful clean up. The windows have performed exactly as stated by the company. Our home is now extremely warm and the noise has been drastically reduced. The windows look beautiful and have great secruity features. The patio door even has a 4 bolt locking system. The finished window also have beautiful trim on the outside. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
