"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. While this may appear trivial I did not have the same experience with some other companies in this area and in some instances my voice mail message was never acknowledged.  A technician, Tony, was dispatched within a few hours of my call and he provided me with a thorough explanation of the work that was needed as well as an estimate that proved to be exactly on target. He was a true professional.  He was in constant touch with me by text or phone regarding the time he was going to arrive. As he was working, he periodically came down from the roof to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He worked constantly despite awful weather conditions.
