The BBB reported them as a new company (Name Changed 2x+! Why? What were they hiding?). The second company admitted that it was new and under-bid the job. "Top-notch service. I needed my roof repaired after a bad storm came through. After multiple storm chasers trolling the neighborhood, I felt they were very pushy. I felt like they were not listening to a word I was saying, so I reached out to this company for help. Mr. Batty came out to my house within a few days and was very professional. He performed a free inspection of my roof that day and photographed all of the damage for me. He took the extra time to go over the entire process with me and I felt like I was being listened to, rather than just another customer. He was not pushy at all and was straightforward, which I appreciated. He responded to every one of my thousand questions in a timely manner, even responding to my text messages the next day. It was such an easy process and he was very professional, which is more than I can say for most contracting companies. The crew arrived the first thing that morning and spent the day protecting my lawn/plants, taking down the old roof, putting the new one on, and fully cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Batty arrived that morning to oversee the project and even stuck around afterward cleaning up any leftover debris that flew into my neighbor yards since it was windy that day. He also did a quality control inspection of my roof when they were done and offered a fantastic warranty. The whole thing took just one day. My roof looks gorgeous. It was the most efficient process I have encountered with large projects like this. "We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."
