"Gary is a salesman to say the least, with that comes upcharges and lies. After signing contract he went up on the charge before finishing the install. It wasn't a big issue but then he tells you if you sell 2 pools he would give you a slide. He knew we wanted a slide. We sold him a job that was over 80k, also one around 45k. He then says prices of pools went up so I can sell you this used slide at cost. He did not honor his word on the slide. I called to settle a bill with him that I had just received a phone call about and he starts fussing with me about dodging him and not paying him. Not sure why I would call the office back if I was trying to do that. 2 more friends got pools from him one was unlevel. After putting water in it the skimmer side was at the correct level but the top step was still out of water. He called G to come out and Gs answer was just put more water in it. Told another new install he could not get all wrinkles out. Its normal to have them in the floor! Liar Lia"
