"Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."

"Arno is a consummate professional! I was at a disadvantage as my permanent residence was a 5hr drive from the location of our new home. Arno met with me at the new residence early in the process of construction, he was very generous with his time and very attentive to my vision for organization and utilizing the cabinetry space to its maximum potential. "I wanted to update my old fireplace because I had been reading a lot about the risks of soot buildup. When they mentioned bioethanol I was confused at first since I had never heard of it but they explained it is a type of liquid fuel that is much cleaner than wood and doesn?t produce smoke or ash. They were able to use the structure of my existing fireplace to install the bioethanol model which made the installation faster and more affordable. They showed me several options and I ended up choosing a wall mounted model with stainless steel and tempered glass. It looks modern and elegant, adds warmth without any smoke or ash and really transformed the room. I?m thrilled with the results and highly recommend them"
