"Zacarias Remodeling Construction is AMAZING! Oscar and his crew recently did a complete kitchen/ family room renovation for us and it was such a wonderful experience. Oscar and his team are incredibly professional and "can do". We were living at our vacation house during the renovation and trusted them to make decisions and keep us in the loop with calls, texts, and photos. They were always so responsive and did beautiful work. We had several unexpected structural issues arise that were due to previous work that another contractor had done at our house, and they found creative and cost effective ways to correct the problems. They are also just such lovely people--so kind and accommodating, always trying to make the client happy. And they kept the job site very clean and tidy. We trusted them completely to keep our home safe while we were living remotely. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any sized job. Their workmanship is phenomenal and our kitchen/family room turned out gorgeous!"

"It was a challenging time to undertake this project between COVID, engineering errors (not the builder), labor shortages, and the price of lumber. I would not say it was easy, but the end result is a very well built, comfortable, attractive, and energy efficient living space. I learned a lot from this project and provided feedback to the contractor about what I didn't know about the process when we began and what others would benefit from. One key item is a clear list of what the "finishing" materials are and a schedule indicating when these materials are needed. I recommend that anyone working on a building project of this intensity insist upon a detailed list as part of the contract and in advance of the work beginning. Since our work was done, this contractor has hired two additional people to focus on those types of needs. The people performing the labor were always polite, friendly and respectful of masking and social distancing. We felt comfortable with them around our home. One thing that could have been better is more orderly disposal of materials and separation of recyclable and non-recyclable items."

"It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. All this led us to start a new project with him to replace the cracked driveway with nice new pavers."
