After which, Mark spent a lot more time reviewing the current situation regarding my home's insulation. Then he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to correct the situation I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and explanation of options. In the end, I decided that the one or two more years I intended to be in this home was not worth the investment. I suggested a partial and less expensive fix that would have resulted in a contract for him. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much.
