"The representative was late, but I really wasn't bothered by that because my day was flexible. They did call and let me know he would be late and I said that was OK. They seem like a good company, but the style of the product just wasn't what I was looking for. The representative was nice enough, but talked over me a little too much, didn't really listen to what I said I wanted, and kept asking, "Does that make sense?" I understand that he was trying to make sure I understood what he was saying, but it got annoying after the 10th or 15th time. He was a very nice guy and shared lots of info, but annoyed me a little bit."

"Aritas LLC, cancelled the first scheduled day due to some of his employees taking vacation and did not notify until after I called questioning if they were going to arrive that day. We rescheduled for the following week and they arrived on-time. Overall, the finished work was done as discussed and were thorough for adding caulking around the doors to prevent water from leaking inside the house. Jose also repaired the doors on two cabinets as well. He mentioned that if there are any future leaks inside the house that he would fix it at no additional cost."

"What a great experience. Four Seasons crew were awesome. very professional and on time. Don provided an exact quote of the work to be done. I asked Don to change my quote 4-5 times as my ideas changed trying to imaging our deck. Don was very happy to update our estimate until we were happy with our design. It turned out better then we could have wished. What a hard working, honest crew. Would hire Four Seasons again in a heartbeat. And could not give a better recommendation to someone looking for a deck or fence. "He was building during a rainy month, so it took longer than he said. It was completely understandable. When he couldn't work because of the weather, he called to let us know.  Even though it wasn't his fault, he upgraded the siding to one more expensive than he quoted to make it up to us.  The only category that I didn't give him an A in was his responsiveness.  If I emailed or texted him with a question, sometime it took two or three days to get back to me, but he always thoroughly answered my question. <br />"

There representative was very good and made a suggestion. The color of the helmet matches really good with the roof color. They cleaned the gutters before installing the helmet. They cleaned up after the install. The product seems to be working like it should."
